Can I bring my pet?

Well-behaved pets are welcome to some of our properties with prior approval. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit, on furniture, or on beds. Please clean up after your pet inside and outside the property. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Cancellation policy.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case plans change. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Early Checkins and Late Checkouts

We do offer early checkins and late checkouts, subject to availability, for a fee of $50.00 for either. Please inquire prior to your arrival.

Location

Kirkwood is a rural mountain area with very limited nearby services. There is a general store and a few dining options. We strongly recommend bringing groceries, supplies, and anything else you may need during your stay, as options to purchase items locally can be limited, especially outside of peak season.
